REGISTRATION > Registration InformationThe deadline for registration is May 25, 2020. After studying and evaluating the announcements, guidance, and news released by relevant departments in Vietnam concerning Global Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak and in order to protect the health and safety of our speakers and participants, we have decided to transform VSIB2020 to a virtual conference on the scheduled dates instead of on-site version. New registration fees are updated. Early bird fee (Payment prior to 15 May 2020)

Non-presenting participants: €70 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE To register with the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Should you have any technical issue, please reach Mr. Phuong Le at nguyen-minh-phuong.le@u-psud.fr. PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "VSIB2020-YOURNAME" as reference and send proof of bank transfer to Mr. Phuong Le at vsib2020@sciencesconf.org or nguyen-minh-phuong.le@u-psud.fr. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (25 May 2020). No refunds are available on or after that date. |
